What is your cancellation policy?
We ask that you please cancel or reschedule at least 24 hours before the beginning of your appointment time or you may be charged a cancellation fee of 50% the price of your scheduled appointment. No call no shows will automatically be charged 100% of service price. If Soleil Aesthetics is unable to charge the card on file, you will be blocked from online booking until the necessary fee is paid in full. However, we understand that life happens and will try our best to accommodate should an emergency arise. You will receive an appointment confirmation request 72 hours prior to your appointment + a reminder text and email 36 hours prior to your scheduled appointment. We respect your time and kindly ask that you respect ours. Thank you for your understanding!

Urban Luxury Salons is located on the corner of 16th St and Tremont St, and shares a building with JARS Dispensary (look for a large LED sign above the entrance). Enter through the sliding doors directly on 16th street and take the elevator to the third floor, where you will be greeted by the front desk and offered a seat while you wait.
If you have an appointment after 6:30 PM during a weekday or on the weekend, please call or text 720-366-5840 so we can grant you access to the elevator.
What is your parking situation?
There are parking meters along Tremont St, but if you have trouble finding parking please utilize the Denver Pavilions underground garage (1532 Welton Street, Denver CO 80202). The parking garage entrance ramp will be on your right, headed down. After taking a ticket, go straight, take the ramp on your right headed up for Additional Parking Upstairs. At the top, take an immediate left to park. Take the elevator or stairs up to the Main Level, locate 16th street and you’ll find us in the same building as JARS. Only parking in the underground garage can be validated by Soleil Aesthetics.

What precautions have been taken in response to COVID-19 ?
Our studio space is private and we currently only offer one on one services. We are following strict sanitation rules implemented by DORA. Face masks are optional for clients.
